Our vision is for a landscape-led, sustainable development with a secondary school (up to 10-form-entry) and high quality homes, interwoven with social and environmental structure. A new country park will be created on what is presently private agricultural land where access is limited currently to Public Rights of Way.

Our proposals sensitively respond to the village context, the emerging Meadow Gardens development and the permitted outline plans to the east at ‘The Landings’, the former Ford Airfield.
